It Lives!

Half-tarantula, half-monkey!  It's the tarantulonkey!  This bizarre specimen comes to us from professional gaff and figural sculptor Tom Kuebler.  He's the artist responsible for the scarily realistic H.P. Lovecraft figure in Guillermo del Toro's personal collection.

The Silver Key

"An old servant forced the carven lid, shaking as he did so at the hideous faces leering from the blackened wood, and at some unplaced familiarity. Inside, wrapped in a discoloured parchment, was a huge key of tarnished silver covered with cryptical arabesques; but of any legible explanation there was none."
-H.P. Lovecraft, The Silver Key

The talented Gage Prentiss returns to our pages with this recreation of the titular Silver Key from Lovecraft's story.

Boar Warrior

The Cult of Chrome brings us this post-apocalyptic tribal boar warrior.  As much as I love the layers upon layers of detailing I can't help thinking anyone wearing this outfit in the typical sweltering wasteland is going to keel over from heat stroke.

Trinimac Blades

It's frankly amazing that these were carved these from wood.  Valara Atran brings us a paired set of Trinimac Blades from The Elder Scrolls Online.

Glowing Spellbook

Moha Jewelry brings us this nifty spellbook adorned with glowing runes.  It's a very cool effect.  Sadly, I don't believe any companies are offering octarine LEDs or glow in the dark pigments.

High Priestess of the Undead Flesh

This darkly beautiful depiction of the High Priestess, or "Episcorpa", of the Undead Flesh comes to use from German LARPer L0u1sa. It was featured in last year's Conquest of Mythodea event.
